Test Tube Telly was an experimental prototype project in 2009 that let Facebook and Twitter friends watch, talk about, rate and recommend their favourite TV from 4oD, BBC iPlayer, and YouTube. It came from Channel 4's digital innovation fund, 4iP and it was built by MetaBroadcast in under a month, for less than it costs to tend an MP's garden. Test Tube Telly was planned to be live until the end of December 2009, so it has now been retired. We hope that you enjoyed it.
